1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened fragrance bottles, testers, and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you receive a damaged item.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
